Pam Watters, PhD – Statistician and Dissertation Consultant
Pam earned her PhD in Education (2017) and MS in Statistical Research (2010) from the University of Rhode Island. Her dissertation research was a quantitative study examining the creativity of architecture students, with a focus on motivational, personality, and divergent thinking ability factors. Pam has a strong background in quantitative research, co-authoring research articles published in peer-reviewed journals. As a statistical consultant at Molloy University in New York, she worked with doctoral students and faculty to design, implement and publish their research, providing expertise in all phases, from research design to result interpretation and conclusion. In addition, she has taught statistics at the Undergraduate and doctoral level teaching all aspects of developing and carrying out quantitative and mixed methods research. Pam endeavors to bridge the gap between the theoretical training and practical applications required for successful quantitative research.
