Jessica Zimmerman is an ADHD coach who helps adults better understand how their brains work so they can stop working against themselves and start moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
With a professional background spanning high-stakes corporate environments and over a decade of leadership, teaching, and community involvement, Jessica brings a grounded, practical, and deeply human approach to coaching. She is known for building strong rapport quickly, asking the right questions, and helping clients move through mental roadblocks that often show up as procrastination, overwhelm, self-doubt, or burnout.
Jessica holds advanced ADHD coaching certifications, including the ADD Coach Academy Advanced Coach Training (AACC) credential from ADDCA and the Certified ADHD Professional Coach (CACP) credential from PAAC. Her coaching focuses on increasing self-awareness, strengthening executive functioning skills, and helping clients develop systems that align with how their brains naturally operate.
Many of the adults Jessica works with are high-achieving, capable individuals who have spent years being hard on themselves for struggles they couldn’t explain. Through coaching, clients learn to replace self-criticism with understanding, build sustainable strategies, and regain a sense of agency over their work and lives.
Jessica believes that awareness is the foundation of change — and that when people understand their brains, meaningful progress becomes possible.
