Dela Morris, EdD – Dissertation Consultant
Dela Morris has an EdD in Community College Leadership from Morgan State University. Dela believes that teaching has allowed her to make a difference in the lives of her students. She taught Leadership and Ethics courses as an Adjunct Instructor at Chapman University, where she earned her MA in Organizational Leadership. Her dissertation was a qualitative analysis of correctional education. She spent more than 22 years in utility operations. She has a career history steeped in the union of training strategies and safety leadership. Dela has immersed herself in the trends shaping the industry. She has served in influential, respected leadership positions that leverage learning solutions for business strategy while maintaining a strong strategic focus on client and business objectives. Dela is passionate about supporting and mentoring students as they successfully learn how to navigate through their educational journey.
