Chris Aberson earned a Ph.D. focused on Quantitative and Social Psychology from Claremont Graduate University. Chris has over 25 years of experience teaching undergraduate and graduate-level statistics and research methods courses. He has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles, two books on statistical power, and regularly gives workshops on statistical techniques. His research focuses on issues of intergroup relations as well as developing easy-to-use statistical tools. His areas of expertise included statistical analyses and research design. Chris has mentored many undergraduate and graduate students, often co-authoring publications and presentations with them. He has served in five different editorial roles over the past 15 years for outlets focused both on Social Psychology and Statistics/Research Methods. Chris finds mentoring students tremendously rewarding.
