From the beginning reach out to the organization, I felt welcomed and seen. The response was quick and professional, and I was able to get an intake appointment very quickly with Tess. She was able to hear my needs and discuss possible advisors. The process was smooth to connect with Dr. Richard, who has been extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Dr. Richard has expertly catered to my learning and work style, including the demands I have which take away from writing, and she has really taken a genuine interest in me and my research. I find the concrete tasks that are laid out per meeting extremely motivating and manageable, even though I have struggled with writing in the past. I feel buoyed that I will meet my goals. Working with a coach is an investment in many ways, but I would say that this has been a more than worthwhile experience because I am learning the processes and skills that will help me beyond this one writing project! I am so appreciative to Dr. Richard and the whole organization!

Working with Jessica has been an outstanding and transformative experience. While I initially believed I had a solid understanding of how to approach my work, she truly elevated my perspective. Jessica did a wonderful job of helping me understand how to enhance my paper, always providing clear, patient, and thoroughly organized guidance. She consistently exuded professionalism in everything she did.

Honestly, I do not believe I would have reached this point in my journey without her meticulous attention to detail and her willingness to go above and beyond to support me. Thanks to her, I've grown as a writer and gained a much deeper understanding of the dissertation process.

I highly recommend Jessica to anyone striving to strengthen their papers and become a better PhD student.
